Adam Parker
FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER
As the founder of Parker Trial Law, Adam’s main focus is on his clients. Adam is a true trial lawyer whose who has a passion for helping younger attorneys learn about trial advocacy. Adam has gained valuable experience as a former Assistant District Attorney for Houston and Henry County, Alabama. He also serves our country in the United States Air Force Reserve as a Judge Advocate. In addition to representing individuals, he has represented small businesses in the court room and served as panel counsel for insurance carriers. Adam and his wife Sarah have three children and are members of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Dothan, Alabama.
Adam holds current memberships and active licenses with the Alabama Association of Justice, Alabama Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Georgia State Bar, and the National Trial Lawyers Association. Adam has been selected as Top 10 Under 40 by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers, Top 100 Criminal Defense Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers, and as a MidSouth Rising Star for Plaintiff Personal Injury by Super Lawyers.
Education and Biography
Education
Adam is an alumnus of Troy University where he was a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity. He was named the Mag 7 Alumni of the Year in 2022. He graduated Jones School of Law – Faulkner University in 2012 and served as Assistant District Attorney in Houston County, Alabama.

Adam exercises a client focused and strategic approach to the practice of law. His strong advocacy of fairness and justice places special emphasizes on tailoring solutions to meet his clients’ needs. His favorable record in the courtroom and through mediation procedures reflects Adam’s passion for winning. With over fifty plus jury trials throughout his legal career, he has achieved lucrative settlements and verdicts for personal injury cases and multiple acquittals in complex criminal matters. Active in both federal and state courts, Adam is dedicated to the growth of the trial attorney profession.
