GET TO KNOW HOLLY

Holly graduated from Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law in 2019. At Jones, she served as the Executive Editor of the Faulkner Law Review, Chairman of the Board of Advocates, and Vice-President of the Christian Legal Society. She competed in multiple trial and moot court competitions, including the National Appellate Advocacy Competition. During law school, she strengthened her legal skills with internships at the Supreme Court of Alabama, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. At graduation, Holly received the James J. Carter Award for graduating with the highest GPA in her class.

After graduation, she worked in the Criminal Appeals Division at the Office of the Alabama Attorney General. While there, Holly gained invaluable experience in brief writing and legal research. She successfully represented the government in dozens of cases. In 2021, she left the Attorney General’s office and entered private practice where she was the first associate hired by Adam Parker to work for what was then the Law Offices of Adam E. Parker, LLC. She became the first associate ofParkman & ParkerTrial Law, LLC.

Holly is currently in charge of the firm’s appellate and brief writing division. Within her first six months of joining the firm, she successfully obtained summary judgment for a client in a civil matter. Holly has also successfully responded to various briefs at the trial and appellate level. She recently obtained a reversal of a conviction for a client based on double jeopardy grounds.
