Adam is a native of Headland, AL, now residing in Dothan, where he serves as managing partner. He is a founding partner of Parkman & Parker Trial Law, LLC. Adam desired to become a trial attorney early on in his legal career. He served as an Assistant District Attorney for Alabama’s Twentieth Judicial Circuit where he gained invaluable experience prior to entering private practice. An officer in the Air Force Reserve, Adam believes in following the Air Force core values of integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all he does. A litigation veteran, Adam has been either lead or co-counsel on more than fifty jury trials.

Adam believes in keeping his practice dedicated to the litigation and trial of cases. He focuses primarily in representing businesses and individuals in contract disputes, criminal defense, automobile wrecks, dog bites, defective products, and other personal injury cases. His litigation experience ranges from successful verdicts and settlements in personal injury lawsuits to full acquittal for clients facing multiple felony charges.

His accomplishments include multiple six figure and seven figure settlements/verdicts obtained for those injured due to the neglect of another. He obtained a two-million-dollar recovery for a bicyclist struck by a van, a nine hundred-thousand-dollar structured settlement for a client injured in a t-bone style collision involving two automobiles, and four hundred twenty-five thousand dollars for a client that rear ended a piece of agricultural equipment that did not meet nighttime lighting requirements. In the criminal field, Adam obtained a full acquittal of all charges for a client that was facing seven counts of attempted murder in his first trial in private practice. He has gone onto obtain not guilty verdicts in multiple murder cases, aggravated child abuse cases, drug trafficking cases, and sexual assault/sexual abuse cases.
