Holly Walterscheid
Associate Attorney
Specializes in legal writing and research as an important member of the Parker Trial Law Team. Provides a unique ability to concisely and accurately address legal issues in any case, and has assisted our clients in successfully being acquitted on appeal, avoiding prosecution, and prevailing in numerous personal injury claims. Holly is a current licensed member of the Alabama Bar Association.
Education and Biography
TRAINING
Holly is a graduate of Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, Faulkner University (Law School). She graduated #1 in her class and places a specific emphasis on legal writing and research. Holly is married and resides in Prattville, Alabama. Holly previously worked for the Alabama Attorney General’s Office and her expertise provides a strategic legal advantage for plaintiff’s litigation and appeals. She has been a member of the Parker Trial Law Team since 2021.
APPROACH
Holly’s specialized approach to Legal Writing and Research allows for a significant advantage in the production of substantive briefs, as well as, appellate and plaintiff’s motions for injury claims. She has a broad knowledge of federal and state laws.
